Specialist- L&D

We’re seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive the global expert on all aspects of L&D operations for the Global Leadership Academy, Regional Academy Programs, and contribute to other academies. The role requires hands-on experience in L&D operations, strong stakeholder management skills, and an in-depth understanding of modern learning strategies, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Min of 5 years of experience working with HR and Learning Systems
• Experience in successfully managing Learning Systems projects
• Analytical skills in working with data
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Strong learning solution development using basic authoring tools
