L&D Specialist

LiveRamp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator and Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator to join their organization in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in LMS administration and solid experience customizing and delivering training programs, with over 7-10 years of experience and a strong working knowledge of adult learning theory.

Requirements

• Experience with LMS administration, including enrolling users and managing SCORM files
• Exceptional systems mindset and quick to grasp technical concepts
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Strong analytical skills to measure and report on learning effectiveness
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
