Senior Training Specialist

Role Overview

The Senior Training Specialist will work with the Director of Learning and Development and internal business groups to assess training needs, develop training materials, and deliver training programs. They will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate in-person and online learning programs.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include developing, managing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, designing and implementing strategies to optimize knowledge, and performing duties required for e-learning content launch.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 5 years of experience in stand-up training
• Proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development, and soft skills
• Proficient in using and operating all remote learning tools independently
• Knowledge of new training methodologies (gamified learning, e-learning)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in MS Products - strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills; ability to prioritize assignments
