
Job description
The Senior Training Specialist will work with the Director of Learning and Development and internal business groups to assess training needs, develop training materials, and deliver training programs. They will design, develop, deliver, and evaluate in-person and online learning programs.
Responsibilities include developing, managing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, designing and implementing strategies to optimize knowledge, and performing duties required for e-learning content launch.
The ideal candidate will have a high energy, enthusiastic, and motivational training style, strong critical thinking skills, and excellent communication skills. They will also be proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development, and soft skills.
