Senior Training Specialist

Role Overview

The Senior Training Specialist will lead and conduct training needs assessment, design a comprehensive curriculum, and develop training materials for end-users. They will also provide project management expertise and conduct evaluation of training initiatives.

The role involves leading training sessions, developing training materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders. The Specialist will also provide expertise with e-learning authoring tools and facilitate classroom sessions.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Effective consulting skills to engage with stakeholders

Benefits

• Rate range: $58.41/hr - $62.59/hr (inc.)
• T4 rate range: $46.73/hr - $50.07/hr
