Job Description
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management at our project site, overseeing all aspects of the work, ensuring quality and safety, and keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field and relevant work experience is a plus
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction industry
- Previous experiences as a Site Manager or related positions and familiar with fit-out procedures
- Proficiency in project management tools and related software is a plus
- Good communication skills and the ability to adapt to various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, processes, and safety standards
- Result oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Used to handling various projects at the same time
