Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil projects to lead and manage the execution of construction projects, develop comprehensive project plans, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing civil construction projects
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of construction project management tools and best practices
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in both civil and commercial construction
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, or similar)
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
