Construction Manager

Plan, direct, and monitor all project resources to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.

Requirements

• Manage and provide leadership to subordinates
• Assist project management team to promote and develop team work
• Ensure necessary resources are available at site to meet construction schedule
• Understand project budget and manage costs effectively
• Maintain and implement SHE programs
• Min. 8 to 10 years of previous experience in construction
• Computer literacy, analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and detail records
• Willing to work extended hours
• Organizational, supervisory, and negotiating skills
• Fluent in English
