1ST SHIFT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

The 1st Shift Production Supervisor will oversee production operations, ensuring food safety and quality, and lead a team to meet department expectations and efficiencies. The role involves joint work with maintenance, facilitating production expectations, and establishing training procedures. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant work experience, 2 years of supervisory experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in food science, manufacturing or similar areas preferred
• 3-5 years relevant work experience preferred/required
• 2 years of supervisory experience required
