Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

We are seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead our production team in Fort Atkinson, WI. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a focus on quality and safety, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Ensure availability of materials based on projected requirements.
• Administer company policies, work rules, and labor contracts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Meet Quality goals relating to food safety and quality, as well as internal and external audit results improvements.
• Coordinate and supervises activities of the personnel and determine work assignments efficiently.
• Complete orientation and training thoroughly, timely, and effectively.
• Meet all efficiency goals related to yields, labor costs and inedible.
• Provide effective leadership and direction adhering to safety policies and meeting safety goals.
• Control OH Costs (Indirect labor & supply costs) as directed.
• Complete administrative functions accurately and timely.
• Effectively communicates and collaborates with all departments.
