2 years of supervisory/management experience with strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Meat Scientist
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills
Electrician - 1st or 2nd shift
Licensed Journeyman, preferred, electrical troubleshooting knowledge, ability to understand schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
General Production - 2nd Shift
Entry-level general labor with ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and work in cold damp environment
Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift
1-2 years of experience in maintenance or mechanical classes, excellent customer service skills, and basic understanding of hand-tools and usage
Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, strong computer skills with MS office proficiency
Tier II Utilities/Refrigeration Technician
3-5 years experience in Ammonia Refrigeration, mechanical abilities, and PSM experience
Tier I Utilities/Refrigeration Technician - 2nd shift
1-3 years' experience in Ammonia Refrigeration, RETA certification preferred
Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift
3-5 years of maintenance experience, self-reliance, and ability to work in a team environment
Production Supervisor - 1st Shift
High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, strong computer skills with MS office proficiency
