Tier II Utilities/Refrigeration Technician

Manufacturer of Premium Meat Products in Fort Atkinson is searching for Tier II Utilities/Refrigeration Technicians for 2nd shift. Excellent opportunity for problem solving in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrates mechanical abilities
• Background that includes, but not limited to boilers, air compressor equipment, understanding of plant utilities systems, equipment installation and startups
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in Ammonia Refrigeration
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals and P&ID's
• PSM experience
• Ability to align machinery within specified tolerances to satisfactory level
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers at all levels
• Experience working with vendors and contractors
• Self-motivated
