We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Reggio Calabria, Calabria. The position is part-time and initially offered as a fixed-term contract.
Requirements
- Previous experience in roles similar to customer assistance (front office, sales, customer care...), gained in structured contexts.
- Knowledge and ability to use the main software packages
- Experience in using CRM systems
- Customer-oriented, empathy, excellent communication and listening skills, essential for establishing positive and trusting relationships with customers.
- Proactive mindset, initiative spirit, goal-oriented, and awareness of the importance of this role in achieving the store's results.
- Planning and multitasking skills, with the ability to assign the right priorities
- Ability to work in a team, collaborative spirit
