Job Description
Join a rapidly growing, high-end residential technology integrator in Southern California as a Lead Technician, responsible for managing residential AV projects, mentoring junior technicians, and serving as a client-facing representative.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on AV installation experience
- Experience leading or mentoring team members in a residential setting
- Familiarity with Lutron, Control4, Savant, or Crestron
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing demeanor
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
