Lead AV Technician

Our team is seeking a Lead AV Technician to serve as the onsite foreman for high-end residential projects, responsible for managing a crew of two technicians, executing technical phases, and mentoring junior technicians.

Requirements

• Proven Lead Experience in residential AV integration
• Strong Technical Skills in pre-wire, speaker/camera/TV installation, and cable termination
• Lutron Proficiency
• Leadership Mindset
• Professionalism
• Commitment to work overtime (averaging 48 hours per week)
