As a Senior Renewals Specialist, you will maintain relationships with AMER Velocity customers, focusing on retention, ensuring predictable renewals, implementing preemptive measures to enhance retention and improve our renewal base. You will wear many hats and leverage your strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maximize customer retention.
Requirements
- Maintain strong & healthy relationships with customers for account management and renewal support related tasks
- Regularly monitor your portfolio’s account health to discover opportunities to help customers realize maximum value from Amplitude
- Serve as the renewals owner, proactively resolving issues, mitigating churn risks, and closing renewal contracts
- Develop expertise in Amplitude’s product to conduct discovery calls, tailored demos, and value driven presentations to the customer
- Identify early churn signals through data analysis of product usage and contract trends
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to streamline approvals and contract resolutions
- Create detailed renewal quotes and ensure necessary approvals are secured
- Accurately forecast renewal outcomes for a rolling 6 month and provide regular status updates and transparency into churn risk and forecast outcomes
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, generating expansion leads for Account Executives from your book of business
