Amplitude is seeking a Senior Renewals Specialist to maintain relationships with customers, focus on retention, and ensure predictable renewals. The role involves wearing many hats, leveraging strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maximize customer retention.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account or renewal management within a high-volume B2B SaaS environment
- Strong work ethic, customer-first mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Commitment: Goal-oriented, hands-on, and get-things-done attitude
- Composure: Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadline
- Technical aptitude (i.e. the ability to learn and explain technical products and concepts) and business acumen (i.e. an understanding for revenue and growth drivers in organizations)
