Amplitude is seeking a Sr Technical Customer Success Manager to cover a maternity leave on a 12month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will have expert-level Amplitude product knowledge and deep fluency in customer technical ecosystems.
Requirements
- Support scope of services and use case alignment pre sales and delivery
- Maintain partner relationships and drive results within portfolio
- Proactively monitor account health and drive adoption
- Provide expertise to help customers derive valuable insights from Amplitude
- Gain a deep understanding of customer business needs and provide value-based business reviews
- Innovate and develop best practices for managing a portfolio of Enterprise and Emerging Enterprise accounts
