Amplitude is seeking a Velocity Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across German-speaking SMB and Mid-Market customers and prospects in the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of existing customers, identifying opportunities for expansion, and driving long-term retention.
Requirements
- Consistently exceeded pipeline targets through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and data-driven identification of high-potential SMB and Mid-Market accounts
- Converted product-qualified leads and free-tier users into long-term paying customers, owning the full discovery and demo process with tailored, value-driven sales motions
- Built presence in new markets (e.g., DACH), generating awareness and pipeline from the ground up in partnership with marketing and sales leadership
- Managed multi-touch sales cycles using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Amplitude to drive engagement and revenue growth
