Account Director, Customer Experience (Healthcare)

Amsive is a performance marketing agency looking for an Account Director with a passion for online and offline marketing, a propensity to problem-solve, and strong leadership qualities. The Account Director will lead cross-functional teams and build empathetic personal relationships with clients to create sound marketing program solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing direct marketing or digital marketing programs
• 2+ years of healthcare experience required
• 4+ years of experience in an agency environment preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in building and maintaining profitable client relationships
• Proven experience creating and presenting QBRs/EBRs or similar executive-level business reviews
• Experience managing or contributing to brand marketing strategy in conjunction with performance marketing programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence others and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Strong grasp of marketing and communication principles
• Strong project management and organization skills
