We're looking for a Tool & Die Maker to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, Repair, Maintain and optimize transfer and line dies in press and out as required
- Operate Tool room equipment and machinery with precision
- Supports press setup and efficiency as a team to achieve posted expectations
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
- Use root cause analysis, problem solving skills to promote efficiency and quality
- Maintain product quality to print specifications where applicable
- Work overtime as required to meet Customer Demand
- Adapt and promote Lean Manufacturing principals using 5”S” and Kaizen processes
- Participate and complete Continuous Improvement action plan
