Job Description
AmTrust Financial Services seeks a Program Claims Director to lead a team of Program Claim Managers overseeing TPAs handling Workers' Comp program claims nationwide. The role is responsible for technical claim oversight, TPA performance management, and staff development, with a focus on coverage, liability, reserving, litigation strategy, and settlement of complex Workers' Compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Workers' Compensation coverage, liability, and claims handling.
- Prior experience managing TPAs and leading claims professionals.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Adjuster's license in multiple jurisdictions (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (10+ years)
