Job Description
AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Manager to manage and ensure the Workers' Compensation claims activities are being handled within the Amtrust Best Practices, develop and maintain professional customer and broker relations, and ensure that staff demonstrates customer service principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of progressive management experience preferred
- Experience within Workers' Compensation insurance industry
- SIP certificate where required
- Working knowledge of budgeting and profit/loss management
- Experience with computerized claims management and office systems
- Thorough knowledge of related government laws and regulations
