Legal Inventory Lead

The Legal Inventory Lead is responsible for overseeing assigned legal matters from placement through resolution. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven individual with a focus on driving timely, effective case outcomes through proactive case management and resolution efforts.

Requirements

• Oversee portfolio of legal cases from initial placement through final resolution
• Identify opportunities to accelerate resolution, reduce exposure, and improve case outcomes
• Track case deadlines, court dates, filings, and critical milestones
• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Coordinate with attorneys, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with court rules, procedural requirements, and internal policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in case management systems
• Assist with discovery, document production, and evidence management as needed
• Communicate case updates clearly and professionally to internal teams and leadership
