Corporate Legal Counsel (Mid-level)

Amusnet is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join its growing team and play a key role in expanding its corporate group through the incorporation of entities in new jurisdictions, while also supporting and maintaining its existing group companies worldwide.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate and company law, corporate governance, and cross-border corporate support
• Practical experience in supporting incorporations across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating with local legal advisors
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and legal drafting skills
• Proficiency in English, knowledge of another major language an advantage
• Proactive and self-motivated professional, eager to take initiative and drive legal matters forward
