Contracts Legal Counsel (Mid-level)

We are looking for a Contracts Legal Counsel to join our team and take ownership of the full lifecycle of Amusnet's agreements, supporting a broad range of commercial matters with a strong focus on contract drafting, review, negotiation, risk assessment, and contract governance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Solid expertise in corporate, commercial, and contract law
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and legal drafting skills
• Proficiency in English, strong knowledge of another major language, such as Spanish
