Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to act as a key advisor to the business, managing legal matters with autonomy and judgment. The role involves leading contract negotiations, providing general legal advice, and escalating complex issues to management.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Minimum 3+ years' experience negotiating contracts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English and Spanish (ability to draft in both languages)
- Experience working directly with sales teams on revenue-related master agreements
