Mid Senior DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play an important role in supporting the scalability, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency of Amwell’s cloud infrastructure and platform environments. You will work closely with engineering, platform, and SRE teams to help maintain secure, resilient, and highly available systems that enable reliable software delivery across the organization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
• Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters and Amazon EKS environments
• Solid Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
• Experience working in Linux-based production environments
• Strong scripting and automation experience using Python and Bash
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Understanding of cloud networking, security best practices, and infrastructure monitoring
• Experience supporting distributed systems and containerized applications
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues in production environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within remote and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments
• Experience supporting scalable cloud-native architectures is preferred
