Staff DevOps Engineer

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening the scalability, reliability, and automation of Amwell’s infrastructure and DevOps platforms.

Requirements

• Design and improve scalable cloud infrastructure that supports high availability and performance.
• Contribute to the evolution of multi-region and multi-account architectures across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Collaborate with SRE and product teams to improve system resiliency, latency, and operational efficiency.
• Identify potential reliability risks and propose improvements that strengthen platform stability.
