Requirements

• Execute end-to-end scientific communications plans across therapeutic areas, including publications, abstracts, congress content, and medical information alignment
• Lead execution of congress strategy and Medical Affairs presence, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of impactful scientific engagement
• Serve as primary medical reviewer (MLR) for assigned materials; escalate critical items as needed
• Own the medical insights system and lead monthly insights meetings to inform cross-functional strategy
• Deliver scientific training modules for the field team and support onboarding of new field team members
• Ensure field teams receive high-quality, consistent, evidence-based scientific content.
• Partner with HEOR, Advocacy, Field Medical, R&D, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and support launch readiness
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Medical Affairs processes, SOPs, and operating frameworks
