Senior Director, HRBP - Commercial

Amylyx Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, HRBP - Commercial to partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leadership Team to build, scale, and optimize a high-performing commercial function. This role requires experience in HR Business Partner leadership, commercial organization scaling, and talent management in high-growth environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organizational design, talent management, and change leadership, with a strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership roles
• Experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry required; rare disease experience strongly preferred
