Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering high-quality insurance and accounting solutions that power the business. You'll work at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and delivery, partnering with stakeholders, developers, and global vendor teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- Own the end-to-end requirements definition process for complex, high-visibility initiatives
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and prioritize requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable artifacts
- Work side-by-side with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Assess system and process impacts
- Lead and contribute to UAT and system testing activities
- Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and gaps
