Job Description
The IT Business Systems Analyst – Claims will analyze and define efficient and creative solutions to business problems, working closely with IT Project Leads and business stakeholders. This role is part of the Claims Technology team, responsible for delivering impactful change aligned to top companywide and department level goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of property and casualty insurance work experience
- Proficiency with claims platforms
- Expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and Contact Manager
- Experience participating in personal lines insurance IT projects
- Experience working with 3rd party integrations and interfaces
- AI experience is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Knowledge of XML and SQL Server
- Occasional weekend and/or late night work
