Job Description
The M&A & Corporate Counsel will play a key role in strategic and transactional initiatives as well as many other corporate and commercial matters across Amynta. The position requires a motivated, collaborative team member with a strong ability to partner with different constituencies and a commitment to ensure excellence and consistency in legal counsel across Amynta.
Requirements
- Provide strong transactional legal advice to the M&A team and senior business leaders across the organization
- Serve as lead negotiator and primary drafter on M&A transactions
- Coordinate closely with deal teams, clients, and subject matter experts to align documents with business and legal goals
- Lead efforts regarding legal due diligence efforts
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of other corporate and commercial agreements
- Provide legal support across a wide range of functions and in various areas of the law
