Ana Luisa is a Brooklyn-based e-commerce jewelry brand looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the retail team. The Assistant Store Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager across all facets of the business, encompassing customer service excellence, cultivating a positive and inclusive store atmosphere, and driving store profitability to attain the company's overarching goals and objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail management experience; jewelry experience preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of training and developing retail teams
• Proven ability to drive sales
• Strong leadership skills with business acumen
• Proficient in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management software
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
