Job Description

Requirements
- 1+ year of retail leadership or keyholder experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and luxury service
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory systems preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and maintain open availability
