Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally within direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, fashion, or retail brands.
- Proven track record of hands-on execution and scaling of paid media budgets across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
