Senior Privacy Counsel

We're looking for a talented Senior Privacy Counsel to join our Legal team. The Legal team at Anaconda keeps the company ahead of legal and regulatory risk while enabling us to move fast and build boldly.

Requirements

• JD and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8+ years of experience spanning both privacy legal counsel and privacy program operations, with demonstrated ownership across both tracks
• Proven experience building or meaningfully modernizing a privacy compliance program, including assessing gaps and leading remediation
• Hands-on operational experience with GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, including running DSARs, managing breach response, and working with sub-processor processes
• Direct experience using at least one enterprise privacy platform (such as Transcend, OneTrust, or Osano) in daily work, not just overseeing it
• Working knowledge of AI systems and data practices, sufficient to contribute meaningfully to AI privacy governance and advise on AI vendor contracts
• Background with B2B or developer-facing products and familiarity with enterprise customer privacy requirements
