Counsel, Corporate Attorney

Analog Devices is seeking an experienced U.S. lawyer to join its Legal & Risk Optimization Business Partner (LRO BP) team, primarily supporting its Aerospace & Defense (ADEF) business unit. The role involves providing legal advice and expertise to support the business's strategic objectives, with a focus on commercial and government transactions, international expansion, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 7 years of relevant legal experience focused on U.S. federal government contracting
• Expertise in the FAR, DFARS, and key government contracting regulations and practices
• Experience working on international or cross-border matters
