We are seeking an attorney with deep expertise in advising clients on strategic and commercial technology-focused transactions. The ideal candidate will be able to provide counsel to internal project and deal team sponsors, review and negotiate client contracts, and facilitate the use of outside counsel assistance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements related to the sale of technology products and services
• Experience in negotiating agreements for AI-based technology solutions
• Deep knowledge of the marketplace, regulatory framework and issues that arise in complex technology transaction agreements
• Ability to identify both legal and business risks presented in various types of technology engagements
