Principle Application Engineer

Analog Devices is looking for an intelligent and versatile Application Engineer to join our RF Semiconductor team, based in Istanbul, Turkey, who will be responsible for our phase-array design and system integration.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Masters or PhD preferred
• Experience in antenna design and phased-arrays
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in product applications engineering, customer technical support, or related roles
• Knowledge in EM simulation tools and principles
• Knowledge in system line-up & budget simulations
• Motivated, results oriented and organized engineer with good writing, presentation and overall communication skills
• Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly
• Comfortable taking calculated risks
• Innately curious with a desire to understand the business model, operations, financial structure for the organization
• Has a bias for action and works in collaboration with others to deliver results
• High tolerance for ambiguity
