Job Description
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, including niche and critical positions, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure a positive candidate experience and align with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or specialized hiring environments
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and recommend improvements
