Staff Engineer, Test Process Development Engineering

Design, develop and implement automated final test processing solutions for new semiconductor devices and assemblies. Work with product line electrical test engineers and test equipment manufacturers to develop equipment and hardware solutions to test new products.

Requirements

• Development of new automation solutions for semiconductor test including test handlers, contactors, docking and automated inspection
• Self-directed management of project work
• Investigation of quality/yield issues related to device handling, contacting or end of line device inspection processes
• Interfacing with global operations and engineering teams to address test capacity and cost reduction needs
