Staff Test Engineer - Product Development

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Test Engineer - Product Development to own and drive CP / FT test solution development, NPI bring-up, and high volume manufacturing support for analog and mixed-signal IC products.

Requirements

• Define and own CP / FT test strategies based on product specifications and DFT requirements, balancing test coverage, quality, test time, and cost
• Lead development, debugging, and optimization of ATE test programs on mainstream platforms:
• Establish robust test methodologies for precision analog, ADC/DAC, DSP, and power management ICs
• Lead NPI test bring-up and ensure smooth transition into volume manufacturing
• Continuously optimize test time, hardware cost, and test limits while maintaining product quality
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product Engineering, Packaging, and Quality teams
