Job Description
The Staff Test Development Engineer leads the development and deployment of robust, costâeffective automated test solutions for semiconductor products, owning test strategy across the product lifecycle and providing technical leadership in test methodology, yield improvement, and manufacturing support.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 5â8+ years of experience in semiconductor test development
- Strong experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne) and test hardware
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or similar scripting/programming languages
- Solid understanding of semiconductor devices, test methodologies, and statistical analysis
