Staff ATE Test Engineer to own and drive CP / FT test solution development, NPI bring-up, and high‐volume manufacturing support for analog and mixed-signal IC products.
Requirements
- Define and own CP / FT test strategies based on product specifications and DFT requirements
- Lead development, debugging, and optimization of ATE test programs on mainstream platforms
- Establish robust test methodologies for precision analog, ADC/DAC, DSP and power management ICs
- Lead NPI test bring-up and ensure smooth transition into volume manufacturing
- Monitor production data and proactively identify yield degradation, test escapes, and test stability or correlation issues
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams
- Continuously optimize test time, hardware cost, and test limits while maintaining product quality
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product Engineering, Packaging, and Quality teams
