Senior ATE Test Engineer position available at Analog Devices, responsible for CP / FT test solution development, NPI bring-up, and high-volume manufacturing support for analog and mixed-signal IC products.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Integrated Circuits, Automation, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of ATE test development experience in the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record supporting both NPI and high-volume manufacturing
- Demonstrated ownership in solving yield, quality, or test coverage related issues
- Hands-on experience with at least one major ATE platform: Teradyne ETS, Teradyne UltraFLEX, NI STS (PXI-based ATE systems)
- Strong understanding of precision analog measurement, ADC / DAC testing, and power management IC test principles
- Proficiency in test development languages such as C / C++ / VB
- Ability to design structured, scalable, and maintainable test software
