Job Description
The Staff Test Development Engineer leads the development and deployment of robust, cost-effective automated test solutions for semiconductor products.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 5â8+ years of experience in semiconductor test development
- Strong experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne) and test hardware
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or similar scripting/programming languages
- Solid understanding of semiconductor devices, test methodologies, and statistical analysis
