Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to serve as the link between clinical/operational stakeholders and the technical development team. The role involves translating complex healthcare and business needs into technical requirements, specifically focusing on data management, ETL processes, SQL farm development, and reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements from various stakeholders
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define, test, and validate ETL processes
• Support the design of data models and database structures
• Provide specifications and assist in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of SQL queries
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including data flow diagrams and operational procedures
• Define specifications for reports and dashboards, and collaborate with development teams to create visualizations
• Perform data profiling, quality checks, and gap analysis to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across systems
• Create test plans and cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using SQL scripts
• Facilitate meetings and serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical personnel
