Scrum Master

Anaplan is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to be the agile leader and performance coach for their engineering development teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving team performance and health, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Requirements

• Empower the team to run their own team ceremonies
• Act as a subject matter expert on lean and agile principles
• Promote transparency and clear reporting
• Coach the team towards greater self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Partner with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is healthy and prioritized
• Facilitate productive communication and collaboration between the team and external stakeholders
