Job Description
Anaplan is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach their engineering development teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving team performance and health, and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification
- Deep understanding of principles behind Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Technical fluency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
